We care about the safety of our community and are undertaking a number of initiatives in our Hotel to ensure a safe place for all. As such, at this point in time, all areas of the Hotel remain open. Rest assured, we are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our community, including:
- Additional cleaning and sanitising with a particular focus on high traffic areas, bathrooms and frequently touched
surfaces - Installation of hand sanitiser stations within areas such as entrances, dining, bar , gaming room and bathroom
facilities - Dining tables have been rearranged to ensure a distance of 1.5 metres between each table
- Reduced portions of food displayed on the Buffet at any one time
- Social distancing practices have been implemented in the gaming room and other lounge areas.
- Communicating hygiene measures to our visitors to help reduce the spread of COVID-19
- Asking visitors, suppliers and staff to refrain from visiting our Hotel if you are showing symptoms or have been exposed
to anyone with the virus - Deferring functions and activities that attract or a booked for large groups
Whilst we are reducing the portions of food on display, we continue to offer the same variety and outstanding quality of food Watergardens Hotel has always offered our guests.
We want to assure you that we are monitoring and acting on current and future government and relevant health authority’s advice.
